Dragan Danojević brings over two decades of leadership experience across the
banking, fintech, and digital finance sectors. Currently serving as Country Manager
at Digital Finance International, Dragan has successfully led large-scale
transformations and growth strategies, including digitalization, operational scaling,
and regulatory development across Southeast Europe.
Prior to his role in fintech, he held senior executive positions at UniCredit Bank,
overseeing key functions such as IT, operations, retail product management, and
digital channels. His background spans complex project execution, regulatory
engagement, and strategic planning at the intersection of finance and technology.
As President of the Board of Directors at FS Capital, Dragan plays a significant role
in guiding the company’s long-term vision, strengthening governance, and
supporting international growth.
Mr. Danojević holds a degree in Finance from the University of Banja Luka.
Prior to founding Maximus Capital S.A. in 2008, Mr. Zolotarev has worked for over 20 years in senior positions in investment banking and asset management. He has held a number of senior executive and board positions at prominent U.S., CEE and Baltic commercial and investment banks.
Since 2009, Gene has been splitting time between Geneva, Monaco and Riga while focusing on developing Maximus Capital S.A. as a multi-family office with deep expertise in identifying investment opportunities – both in capital markets and venture capital, with a more recent focus on early stage venture capital since founding "Emerging Nordic Ventures" in 2014. He is also an Adjunct Professor, teaching a course on Venture Capital at the International University of Monaco since 2021.
Having graduated from Columbia University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Physics, he went on to attend an executive MBA program at NYU and later attended Harvard Kennedy School of International Affairs.

Ljilja Marin is a seasoned financial professional with almost 20 years of experience in capital
markets, investment fund management, and financial institution leadership. Throughout her
career, she has held top executive and supervisory positions - including CEO, President, and
Vice President of the Board of Directors - across several domestic financial institutions.
She has played a pivotal role in the establishment and development of multiple licensed
financial institutions, including investment fund management companies, a brokerage-dealer
firm, and an insurance brokerage. Under her leadership, these entities were successfully
guided from inception through full regulatory approval to operational maturity.
Ms. Marin has deep expertise in investment strategy, portfolio management, corporate
governance, and regulatory compliance. She has led the execution of a wide range of
complex capital market transactions, including fund acquisitions, portfolio restructurings,
securities trading, and corporate takeovers - ensuring strategic alignment and full adherence
to legal and regulatory standards.
As a leader, she has built and guided high-performing teams and operational frameworks
that support long-term institutional growth and value creation. Her knowledge of financial
regulation, governance structures, and market dynamics positions her as a key driver of both
strategic direction and operational excellence at FS Capital.
Ms. Marin holds two bachelor’s degrees in economics, with specializations in financial
management and banking.
Bojan Bundalo is a capital markets professional with nearly ten years of experience at the
intersection of capital markets, structured finance, and asset management. As CEO of FS
Capital, he leads the firm’s mission to deliver tailored investment solutions across selected
private and public markets in Europe and beyond.
A CFA Charterholder, Bojan has led high-impact financing transactions for governments,
utilities, and corporates by turning complex financial plans into real economic results.
Before joining FS Capital, Bojan was a Senior Investment Manager at a regional fund
management company, overseeing discretionary portfolios, fixed income and equity
strategies, and the development of structured products.
Beyond his executive role, he has served as an independent board member in energy,
industrial manufacturing, and transport infrastructure sectors, advising on capital strategy and
corporate governance.
Mr. Bundalo holds a degree in International Economics from the University of Banja Luka and
is an active member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Serbia.
